Education is an important aspect of life at St. Nick’s. We offer Sunday School for all ages during the academic school year. Sunday School begins at 9 am.

Nursery

The nursery is available for infants and young children on Sunday mornings beginning at 9 a.m.

Episcopal 101 - Confirmation Formation

Our Confirmation Class includes adults and teenagers interested in learning more about the ways and teachings of the Episcopal Church. The class begins at 9 am on Sundays during the academic year. 

Sunday School for children ages 3 to 10yrs

Helping Hands Sunday School is our Christian Education for children. Sunday School meets at 9 am in the children's area of the Parish Hall. The weekly lesson is centered on the Gospel reading focusing on God’s love, how to love, and pray for others. Additionally, emphasis is placed on developing a “Servant’s Heart” through outreach, such as food collection for the Jubilee Center and goody bags for firemen, to pastoral care, such as young families visiting homebound members, and, finally, participating in the parish Challenge Match by creating crafts to sell at a Children’s Bazaar. It is not infrequent to hear a child ask “What can I do to help?”
